Our Commitment: Tazeet's Buyer Protection Program ensures that eligible buyers are protected against fraudulent sellers, non-delivery, significantly misrepresented items, and unauthorized transactions on the Platform.
1. Coverage
- Non-Delivery: Orders paid for but not received within the maximum expected delivery window.
- Significantly Not As Described (SNAD): Items materially different from the seller's listing description.
- Counterfeit Goods: Items that are demonstrably fake or unauthorized replicas.
- Unauthorized Transactions: Charges made to your account without your authorization.
- Damaged Goods: Items received in a damaged or unusable condition.
2. Exclusions
- Items where the buyer has collected them in person.
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind purchases.
- Claims filed beyond 30 days from expected delivery.
- Transactions conducted outside the Tazeet Platform.
- Items explicitly listed as non-returnable and delivered as described.
- Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed.
3. How to File a Claim
- Log into your Tazeet account and navigate to "My Orders."
- Select the order and click "Report a Problem."
- Provide a detailed description and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
- Submit the claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Tazeet will review the claim within 5–7 business days.
- Resolution may include full refund, partial refund, replacement, or denial.
4. Evidence Requirements
Provide clear photographs/videos of the received item, packaging images, screenshots of the listing at purchase, and any seller communications regarding the issue.
5. Limitation of Liability
Buyer Protection coverage is limited to the original purchase price paid through the Tazeet Platform. It does not cover incidental damages or consequential losses.
