Disclaimer: Shipping and delivery is managed by independent sellers and their chosen logistics providers. Tazeet does not control or guarantee delivery timelines unless Tazeet Fulfillment services are explicitly used.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • UAE (Local): Standard 2–5 business days | Express: Same day / Next day.
  • Qatar & GCC: Standard 3–7 business days | Express: 2–3 business days.
  • Pakistan: Standard 3–7 business days | Express: 1–3 business days.
  • International: Standard 7–21 business days | Express: 3–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are determined by the seller and displayed at checkout. Tazeet is not responsible for undisclosed or additional shipping fees imposed by sellers after order confirmation.

3. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
  • Tazeet is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory holds.
  • Items prohibited for import by the destination country may be confiscated; Tazeet and sellers bear no liability.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email or your Tazeet account once the seller dispatches the order. Visit https://tazeet.com/track to monitor your shipment.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the Buyer, the Buyer bears re-delivery charges. If delivery fails due to seller or carrier error, Tazeet's Buyer Protection Policy applies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tazeet is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged goods in transit, or customs-related issues unless the order was fulfilled through Tazeet's own logistics services.
