Seller Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 2025 | Applies to: All Registered Vendors

Binding Agreement: By registering as a seller on Tazeet, you accept full legal responsibility for your listings, products, customer service, taxes, fulfillment, and compliance with all applicable laws.

1. Seller Eligibility & Registration

  • Sellers must be legally registered businesses or individuals with full legal capacity.
  • Sellers must complete Tazeet's KYC/verification process including valid trade license, identity documents, and bank account details.
  • Sellers must provide accurate business information and maintain it up to date.
  • Tazeet reserves the right to reject or revoke seller status at its discretion.

2. Seller Responsibilities

  1. Maintain accurate, complete, and non-misleading product listings.
  2. Ensure all listed products comply with applicable laws in target markets.
  3. Fulfill orders promptly within the committed dispatch time.
  4. Provide valid tracking information upon shipment.
  5. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  6. Ensure products do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  7. Collect and remit applicable VAT/GST/sales taxes as required by law.
  8. Not engage in price manipulation, fake orders, or review manipulation.

3. Listing Standards

  • Product descriptions must be accurate, detailed, and non-deceptive.
  • Images must be original, clear, and accurately represent the product.
  • Prohibited items must not be listed.
  • Sellers must not list counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods.

4. Commission & Payments

Tazeet charges a commission fee on each completed sale. Commission rates vary by category and are communicated through the Seller Dashboard. Payments are remitted to sellers after the applicable holding period, subject to deductions for returns, refunds, and chargebacks.

5. Seller Liability Transfer

Sellers accept full liability for product defects, inauthentic goods, customer injuries, intellectual property violations, incorrect descriptions, and any legal claims arising from their listings. Tazeet shall be fully indemnified by the seller for all such claims.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Tazeet may suspend or permanently terminate a seller account without notice for: high return/dispute rates, fraudulent activities, policy violations, counterfeit listings, failure to fulfill orders, or any activity that harms Tazeet's reputation or users.

7. VAT & Tax Obligations

Sellers are solely responsible for their own tax obligations including VAT registration, collection, filing, and remittance in all applicable jurisdictions.

8. Governing Law

These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes shall be resolved per Tazeet's Dispute Resolution Policy.
