Payment Policy

Security Notice: All payments on Tazeet are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Tazeet does not store full credit/debit card numbers on its servers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
  • Bank Transfers & Direct Debit (where available).
  • Tazeet Wallet (platform credit balance).
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options via partner providers.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) where available and subject to order limits.

2. Currency & Pricing

Prices are displayed in the local currency of the user's region. Currency conversion rates are determined by Tazeet's payment gateway partners. Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
  • 3D Secure authentication is enabled for eligible card payments.
  • Fraud detection systems monitor all transactions in real time.
  • Suspicious transactions may be flagged, delayed, or declined for security reasons.

4. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, the order will not be confirmed. Failed payments are not charged. Tazeet is not responsible for failed payments due to insufficient funds, bank declines, or technical issues on the payment gateway side.

5. VAT & Tax

Tazeet collects and remits VAT as required by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017. VAT registration number: [VAT-XXXXXXXX]. Tax invoices are available in your order history.

6. Seller Payouts

Seller earnings are disbursed after the applicable holding period (typically 7–14 days post-delivery confirmation). Payouts are made via bank transfer to the verified bank account on file. Tazeet reserves the right to withhold payouts during active disputes or investigations.

7. Payment Fraud Prevention

Tazeet has a zero-tolerance policy for payment fraud. Fraudulent transactions will be reversed, accounts will be suspended, and incidents will be reported to financial institutions, payment networks, and law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tazeet is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from user negligence in protecting account credentials. Tazeet's liability for payment processing errors is limited to the transaction value.
