Marketplace Notice: As Tazeet is a multi-vendor marketplace, refund and return terms may vary by seller. Individual seller return policies supplement this general policy. Tazeet intervenes in disputes through its Buyer Protection Program where applicable.
1. General Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Item received is significantly different from the listing description.
- Item is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon delivery.
- Item is counterfeit or inauthentic.
- Wrong item was delivered.
- Item was never received despite confirmed delivery status.
2. Return Timeframes
- Electronics: 7 days — Unopened / Defective only.
- Fashion & Apparel: 14 days — Unworn, tags attached.
- Home & Living: 14 days — Unused, original packaging.
- FMCG / Consumables: Non-returnable unless defective.
- Digital Products: Non-returnable unless non-delivery.
- Perishables / Food: Non-returnable unless tampered/unsafe.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable food, medicines, and health supplements.
- Personal hygiene products, underwear, and swimwear.
- Digital downloads, software, and virtual goods.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or tags.
- Items with removed, altered, or damaged serial numbers.
4. Return Process
- Initiate a return request through your Tazeet account within the eligible return window.
- Provide clear photographs or video evidence of the issue.
- Await seller or Tazeet approval (typically within 2–3 business days).
- Ship the item back using the approved return label or courier.
- Refund is processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
5. Refund Processing
- Original Payment Method: 5–10 business days.
- Tazeet Wallet Credit: 1–3 business days.
- Bank Transfer: 7–14 business days.
6. Refund Abuse Prevention
Tazeet maintains automated and manual systems to detect refund fraud. Users who repeatedly initiate fraudulent or abusive return claims may have their accounts suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Chargeback Policy
Filing an unauthorized chargeback without first attempting resolution through Tazeet's dispute mechanism is a violation of these Terms. Tazeet reserves the right to suspend accounts and pursue legal remedies in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tazeet's liability in any refund or return matter shall not exceed the original transaction value.
