Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy

Zero Tolerance: Listing prohibited items on Tazeet will result in immediate listing removal, account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

1. Absolutely Prohibited Items

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, and paraphernalia.
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and military-grade equipment without authorization.
• Counterfeit currency, fraudulent documents, and forged identity papers.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors.
• Human organs, body parts, or human trafficking services.
• Stolen goods or items obtained through criminal activity.
• Malware, hacking tools, and unauthorized surveillance software.
• Counterfeit branded goods and unauthorized replicas.
• Items that violate international sanctions or embargoes.

2. Restricted Items (Require Approval)

• Medical devices and prescription medications.
• Alcohol and tobacco products (restricted in UAE/Qatar/Pakistan).
• Dietary supplements making unverified health claims.
• Financial instruments, securities, and investment products.
• Gambling products and services.
• Adult content (strictly regulated and age-restricted).
• Wildlife products and items prohibited under CITES.
• Chemicals, hazardous materials, and flammable goods requiring special handling.

3. Regional Restrictions

Certain products permissible in one jurisdiction may be prohibited in another. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their products comply with all laws in the buyer's jurisdiction.

4. Fake & Counterfeit Protection

Tazeet employs automated detection, user reports, and manual review to identify and remove counterfeit listings. Any seller found listing counterfeit goods will be permanently banned, funds withheld, and reported to relevant brand owners and authorities.
