Important Notice: By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Tazeet platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction & Platform Overview

Tazeet operates a technology-driven multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace at https://tazeet.com. Tazeet is a technology platform and marketplace facilitator connecting independent buyers and sellers and is not responsible for third-party seller actions, product quality, warranties, or fulfillment unless explicitly stated.

2. Definitions

Platform: The Tazeet website, mobile applications, APIs, and all associated digital services.
User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
Buyer: A registered user who purchases or attempts to purchase goods or services.
Seller/Vendor: An independent third-party merchant who lists and sells products on the Platform.
Listing: Any product, service, or item published by a Seller on the Platform.
Order: A confirmed transaction between a Buyer and Seller facilitated through the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Marketplace Nature & Tazeet's Role

Tazeet operates solely as an intermediary technology platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Tazeet is NOT the seller of products listed by independent vendors. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, product authenticity, inventory accuracy, pricing, taxes, warranties, and fulfillment obligations.

5. User Obligations

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws.
Refrain from engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices.
Not attempt to manipulate prices, reviews, rankings, or any Platform metrics.
Not engage in unauthorized data collection, scraping, or automated access.
Not use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
Not circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform's security or access controls.

6. Platform Rights & Termination

Tazeet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature; remove or reject any listing; suspend or terminate any user account; and refuse service to any user at its sole discretion without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and proprietary technology on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Tazeet or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tazeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Tazeet's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tazeet and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

10. Force Majeure

Tazeet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, or internet outages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
