Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines establish the standards of conduct for all users of the Tazeet Platform. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

1. Respectful Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward any user.
  • Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
  • Abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language in reviews, messages, or listings.
  • Impersonating another user, seller, or Tazeet staff member.

2. Review & Rating Standards

  • Reviews must reflect genuine purchase experiences only.
  • Sellers may not incentivize, coerce, or purchase fake positive reviews.
  • Buyers may not leave fake negative reviews to harm competitors or extort sellers.
  • Reviews containing personal information or promotional content will be removed.
  • Tazeet reserves the right to remove any review violating these guidelines.

3. Messaging & Communications

  • The Tazeet messaging system may only be used for order-related communication.
  • Sharing contact details to transact outside Tazeet is prohibited.
  • Spam, unsolicited marketing, and phishing via the messaging system is strictly banned.

4. Anti-Abuse Protections

Tazeet employs automated and human review systems to detect and prevent abuse including review manipulation, spam listings, fake accounts, and attempts to game the platform's algorithms or policies.

5. Reporting Violations

Users can report policy violations using the "Report" function available on all listings, reviews, and user profiles. Reports are reviewed within 24–72 hours by our Trust & Safety team.
