Disclaimer: Tazeet does not manufacture products sold on its Platform. Warranties are provided by individual sellers or manufacturers. Tazeet facilitates warranty claims as a convenience service only.
1. Seller-Provided Warranties
Where a seller or manufacturer provides a warranty, the terms are clearly stated in the product listing. Warranty claims must be directed to the seller or manufacturer in the first instance. Tazeet may assist in facilitating communication but is not the warrantor.
2. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact the seller directly via your Tazeet account within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and a description of the defect.
- The seller will assess and respond within their stated warranty terms.
- If the seller is unresponsive, escalate via Tazeet's Dispute Resolution process.
3. Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Claims made after the warranty expiry date.
- Products not purchased through the Tazeet Platform.
4. Tazeet's Liability
Tazeet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where explicitly offered by Tazeet itself. Tazeet's total liability under any warranty claim shall not exceed the original purchase price.
