Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

1. Tazeet's Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design, trademarks, logos, content, and proprietary technology on the Tazeet Platform are the exclusive property of Tazeet or its licensors and are protected by UAE, international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

2. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on Tazeet, submit a DMCA takedown notice containing:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
2. Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. URL(s) of the infringing content on Tazeet.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. Tazeet will reinstate the content unless the complainant files a court action within 14 business days of receiving the counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

Tazeet maintains a strict repeat-infringer policy. Accounts with multiple verified IP violations will be permanently terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Trademark Policy

Sellers may not use another brand's trademark in their product titles, descriptions, or images in a manner likely to cause consumer confusion or suggest brand affiliation. Tazeet will remove infringing listings upon verified notice from trademark owners.
