Cancellation Policy

1. Buyer Cancellations
Buyers may cancel an order free of charge if the order has not yet been dispatched by the seller. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted and the return/refund process must be followed instead.
2. Cancellation Windows
- Pending / Confirmed: Cancellation allowed — Full refund.
- Processing / Packed: Request only — Subject to seller approval.
- Dispatched / Shipped: Not allowed — Use Return Policy.
- Delivered: Not allowed — Use Return Policy.
3. Seller Cancellations
Sellers who cancel confirmed orders without valid reason are subject to penalties including seller rating deductions, warning notices, and potential account suspension. Repeated cancellations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.
4. Tazeet-Initiated Cancellations
Tazeet reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases of: detected fraud, pricing errors, prohibited item listings, seller misconduct, technical errors, or force majeure events. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
5. Cancellation Refunds
Approved cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Tazeet Wallet credits are processed within 24–48 hours.
